There are at least 2 different covers and 2 inner sleeves for The Elder, and only some copies have the insert, which leads us to believe that this album was pressed in several places at once.
Some covers have the songs in the correct order on the back cover, but most have the songs listed in a different order.
Most copies had an inner sleeve that was clear plastic with credits on it, but there were some copies that had a paper inner sleeve with the lyrics on it.
Copies with the lyrics on the inner sleeve or on the separate piece of paper are somewhat rarer than the copies with no lyrics.
All Elder covers are gatefold.
Inserts: Some pressings contained a separate lyric sheet (glossy white paper with black ink)
