The first & second pressings have a gatefold cover with raised silver KISS logos.
The 3rd pressing is not gatefold and has a flat grayish cover with a UPC symbol on the back.
Although the 1st pressing always had the Double Platinum Label, we have seen it with the words typeset three different ways; these are probably all 1st pressings, but were manufactured in different places.
Inserts: (1st pressing only) "Platinum Plaque". This was a thin cardboard replica of a platinum album award with a space for the fan´s name. There was also a merchandise order form in Double Platinum.
