"Bookfold" cover (similar to a gatefold, but albums can be lifted out from center).
The Originals was a special repackaging of the first 3 albums.
The inner sleeves look like covers of KISS, Hotter than Hell and Dressed to Kill. In the first pressing, the inner sleeves have a dull finish; in the 2nd pressing they are glossy.
There were only 2 pressings ever made and the 2nd has "second pressing" printed right on the front cover.
Inserts: A sheet of 6 perforated KISS Army sticker, and an 11-by-11-inch 16-page booklet. The booklet has sepia-toned (brownish) cover showing an early KISS concert poster which says, "Rock and Roll Ball with KISS"
